The Ask:
Introduce and educate people on an entirely new way to buy a car entirely online.
The Challenge:
Outside of a house, buying a car is the second largest purchase the average American makes. People already don’t trust dealers; how can we expect them to trust a dealer online?
The Solution:
Instead of vilifying car dealers, focus on the benefit of Joydrive. We helped people understand this new way of buying a car could be trusted and get them a new car on their terms. We simplified the steps, reinforced the guarantee and reminded people that buying a car can be fun again.
