The Ask:
Help third party sellers on Amazon better understand what drives success on the platform.

 

The Challenge:
Amazon had launched an IPI (Inventory Performance Index) score that penalized Sellers for poor inventory management. Due to a lack of education about the changes, sellers no longer felt supported and were losing faith in Amazon as a partner.

The Solution:
We launched a year-long, multi-phased “Get Healthy” marketing campaign that helped sellers understand the concept of keeping a healthy inventory. The campaign encouraged sellers to better manage their business by leveraging all the tools and resources FBA makes available, including step-by-step guides, video tutorials and calendars to offer timely guidance along with actionable tasks.
